This Bombesin antibody can be used for the
study of endocrine differentiation in tumors of
the respiratory tract.

Human, rat and mouse. Other species not
tested.

Storage:
Store at 4°C for short term. Aliquot and store
at -20°C for long term. Avoid repeated
freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilution:

Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for use on
frozen sections and paraffin-embedded
tissues without proteolytic treatment. Use at
~ 1:50 dilution (based on the Indirect
Method, with a normal ABC method the
dilution can be 5-10 times higher. The
optimal dilution should be tested by serial
dilution. Dilute immediately before use with
PBS or Tris buffer.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
Limitations:
